Shipment expenses

In order that you receive your package safely, discreetly and undamaged, for domestic forwarding we charge the Austrian Post AG with the dispatch of the package. For security we advise you to insure your package against damage, loss or theft for only € 0,99. The costs for handling, packaging and dispatch amount to merely € 6,99. If you have the package insured, you pay in total € 7,98. In case you desire cash on delivery, we have to bill you for additional costs incurred by public tariffs of the Austrian Post AG. For environmental and waste management costs we charge a loading in the amount of € 0,77.

Information regarding deliveries

All articles are generally available from stock. If this for once may not be the case, you will be advised in advance, as a matter of course. We keep your order on file and make every effort to supply you as soon as possible.

Partial deliveries

If you should by way of exception receive a partial delivery, we certainly bear the shipment expenses. No additional costs will thereby arise for you.

Foreign shipment

If your place of residence is outside the Austrian Republic, we deliver the goods on your behalf and for your account to a transport service company of our own choice. The importation of goods into the country of destination is effected at the expense and the risk of the customer. The costs for handling, packaging and dispatch amount to merely € 7,49. The passing of risk is carried out with the delivery of the shipment to the transport service provider. The customer is accountable for the compliance with regulations of legal import or other terms of the recipient country.
